Human factors – initial training teaching objectives:

Understand the nature of human error and make recommendations for the practical implementation within organisations of the new requirements of PART/FRA-145. Provide guidance in the drafting of procedures that must take into account human factor aspects and integrate the concept of a Maintenance Safety System. Have a general knowledge of the main human factors concepts.

Human factors – initial training training content:

Presentation of the following chapters: Introduction to Human Factors, Human error and Organisational issues, Human performance and limitations, Highlights of a HF approach in accordance with Sections A and B of Part-145 relating to HF.

Audience

Employees of the Civil Aviation Authorities. Any person working within an aircraft maintenance organisation.

Method of Distribution and validation of learning

interactive presentations, case studies / Evaluation test.

Trainer qualification

Experts providing daily technical missions to companies trained and qualified in adult education with a follow-up and updating of their skills.

Document issued if assessment passed

Training certificate / EASA Certificate (optional).
