Employees of the Civil Aviation Authorities who issue Part-147 approvals and Part-66 licences as well as employees of maintenance training organisations as a whole. Candidates for the Part-66 licence may attend this training, prior to their curriculum, as well as employees of maintenance organisations who will have to work with the aircraft maintenance mechanics of the company.
